Women Supporting Women: Why I Chose to Become a Surrogate

When a close friend told me she was becoming a surrogate, something in me lit up. I’d always loved being pregnant. The peace, the strength, the miracle of it all and I knew deep down, this was something I was meant to do.

Now, after four surrogacy journeys, I can say it’s one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done. Watching parents hold their baby for the first time, a baby they once thought they might never have, it’s magic.

Surrogacy isn’t about “giving up” a baby.
It’s about giving the ultimate gift, the chance to become a parent.
